Therapy & Emotional Restoration
1:1 and group sessions with licensed BIPOC clinicians, supporting depression, anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, identity struggles, and more.
Embodied Practices
Sound baths, meditation, yoga, womb healing, and movement rooted in cultural traditions.
Healing Circles & Sacred Gatherings
Community spaces for story, solidarity, and soul, including poetry nights, body liberation groups, and ancestral healing circles.
Special Workshops
Seasonal gatherings on topics like self-defense for women, art as resistance, and intergenerational healing.
