Body & Food Liberation Program
A healing space for BIPOC women ready to come home to themselves.
You were never the problem.
Diet culture, generational trauma, and systems of oppression have taught so many of us to wage war against our bodies. This program was created to interrupt that cycle.
Through a liberation-centered, trauma-informed, and ancestral lens, we’ll gently rebuild your relationship with food, your body, and yourself—within a supportive community of BIPOC women who understand the unique cultural and systemic experiences that shape healing. Each cohort is supported by both an eating disorder therapist and a registered dietitian, offering a holistic approach that nurtures your emotional, nutritional, and embodied healing.
