As the earth softens and the first blooms begin to open, we invite you to do the same.
SPRING BLOOM is a two-hour ceremonial gathering for BIPOC women. A tender, intentional container to return to your body, awaken your senses, and remember the quiet power of your own feminine nature.
Held in the sacred container of Rooh Sanctuary and timed with the spirit of Nowruz, the Persian New Year and ancient celebration of spring's renewal, this experience is an invitation to shed what winter carried and step into a new season of yourself.
A note on attire: We invite you to dress softly, intentionally, and whatever makes you feel the most feminine…think flowing fabrics, gentle colors, and anything that makes you feel at home in your body. Come as if you’re dressing for a ceremony, because you are.

You'll be guided through an intimate workshop on feminine sensuality and embodiment led by Dr. Nahreen Aref, sex therapist, followed by a deeply restorative sound healing journey with Sahar Farooqui, where crystal bowls, healing frequencies, and the warmth of community will hold you as you soften, release, and bloom. The sound healing session will also include Reiki healing provided by Nahreen to help you feel supported.
This is a space where your body is honored, where your pleasure is not shameful, and where your sensuality is sacred.
Refreshments will be provided.
